What I Do

EVERYTHING. I am every woman.

I am a Texas-based educator, writer, and former salon owner who works at the intersection of education, caregiving, and resilience. Through teaching, writing, and speaking, I give language to lived experiences shaped by addiction, adoption, and lifelong responsibility, helping others understand both the cost of endurance and the possibility of healing beyond constant strength.
